Miniature prices fluctuate and are effected by a few factors. The largest of these will be whether or not the Lich you are after has been 'dedicated' at another player's Hall of Monuments. With the exception of very rare minis, a dedicated ('Ded') mini is as much as 90% discounted from an undedicated of the same type. To find the most current prices, the best place to check is on Guild Wars Guru's Auctions and Market Forums.
